"Florida Prosecutors Present Case Against Plastic Surgeon Facing Death Penalty"

Prosecutors in Florida have presented their case against plastic surgeon Dr. Tomasz Kosowski, who is facing the death penalty for allegedly killing attorney Steven Cozzi and disposing of his body in the Everglades. According to court documents, Kosowski had supplies to commit the killing, including a paralyzing drug and trash bags. Although Cozzi's body has not been found, cellphone records and surveillance video led investigators to a remote area where they believe the body was dumped. Additional evidence includes Cozzi's blood and DNA found in Kosowski's home and truck, as well as the discovery of a vial of succinylcholine, firearms, and hundreds of guns during a search of Kosowski's residence.
