Florida police fatally shoot suspect in multiple murders.

Law enforcement shot and killed Al Stenson, the suspect in the deaths of a woman and her three children found dead inside an apartment, at the Slumberland Motel in Sanford, Florida. Stenson barricaded himself at the motel and made statements that he would kill himself or have police kill him. During negotiations, Stenson reached for a firearm on the ground, and authorities shot and killed him. The motive for the shooting is unknown, but Stenson and the victims knew each other, and he may have lived at the apartment.
