A 66-year-old Florida man, Joseph Salvatore Schifano, was arrested after crossing police crime scene tape at the site of a fatal Clearwater plane crash and claiming to be part of the medical staff, despite being unable to provide proof of employment. He was warned to stay out of the crime scene but was caught entering again to take a video, and later admitted to trying to capture footage for a media company. Schifano now faces charges of resisting an officer without violence.
