Florida Deputy Charged for Setting Man on Fire with Stun Gun at Gas Station

A Florida deputy has been charged with culpable negligence with personal injury after deploying a stun gun on a man covered in gasoline, causing him to become "a human fireball." The man suffered second- and third-degree burns to at least 75% of his body and will require lifelong care, accruing over $7 million in medical expenses.
