"Florida Deputies Critically Injured in Intentional Ambush Attack by Motorist"

Two Florida deputies were critically injured in an "ambush" attack when a motorist intentionally drove into them while they were standing in front of their police cruiser. The deputies were responding to a call for help from the suspect's mother, who reported his violent behavior. The driver, Ralph Bouzy, fled the scene but returned later and targeted the deputies directly. Bouzy was arrested after being tased by other deputies.
