Florida Authorities Intercept 10-Year-Old Siblings Driving to California

Police in Florida stopped a 10-year-old boy who was driving on a major highway with his 11-year-old sister. The children had run away from home after their mother confiscated their electronic devices. The traffic stop was considered high risk and took place late at night. The mother, who had reported them missing, later arrived to collect her children. The legal age to obtain a learner's permit in Florida is 15.
