Fatal shootings in Pennsylvania and Philadelphia linked to car-related incidents.

An 18-year-old Pennsylvania man, Anthony Allegrini Jr., was shot and killed by a state trooper after he allegedly hit two troopers with his car early Sunday. The incident occurred when troopers responded to a report of "numerous vehicles and pedestrians illegally blocking the roadway" due to multiple cars racing, doing “burnouts” and “drifting.” Allegrini was in his car when troopers tried to make contact with him. Two troopers were struck when he "failed to yield," the release says. The troopers who were allegedly struck sustained minor injuries, and the highway was closed for investigation.
