Fatal shooting near Kiener Plaza in downtown St. Louis.

A man was shot and killed near Kiener Plaza in downtown St. Louis. The victim, a frequent skateboarder at the park, was approached by the suspect while taking a break on a bench. The two argued, and the suspect fired about 15 shots, hitting the victim multiple times. The suspect is still at large, and the victim has not been identified.
