Fatal Shooting in Westwood Leaves One Dead and Another Injured

One man was killed and another injured in a shooting in Westwood, Cincinnati. The 19-year-old victim was pronounced dead at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, while the 18-year-old victim was taken to the hospital. The Hamilton County Coroner's Office identified the victim as Emanuel Hayes.
