Fatal Shooting in Knox County Leaves 1 Dead, Officer Seriously Injured

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is investigating a fatal shooting involving deputies from Knox County. Responding to a domestic call, deputies encountered an armed individual, and shots were fired by both the individual and at least one deputy. The individual was pronounced dead at the scene, while one officer was seriously injured and taken to the hospital.
