Fatal Shooting in Harrisburg Claims Man's Life

A man was shot and killed in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The victim, identified as Richon Strain-Hankerson, 26, was found deceased in the 2400 block of Market Street. Police responded to a report of shots fired and discovered a vehicle with bullet holes. An investigation is ongoing.
