Fatal Shooting in Florida Neighborhood Feud.

A white Florida woman, Susan Louise Lorincz, has been charged with manslaughter with a firearm, culpable negligence, battery, and two counts of assault in the shooting and killing of her Black neighbor, Ajike Owens. Lorincz claimed that Owens had threatened her and her family in the months leading up to the shooting. However, eyewitness statements and investigations found that Lorincz's actions were not justifiable as self-defense under Florida law. The case has put Florida's divisive stand your ground law back into the spotlight.
