Fatal Shooting During Eviction by Landlord-Tenant Officer

A landlord-tenant officer shot a 35-year-old woman in the head during an eviction process in Philadelphia's Fairmount neighborhood. The woman is in critical condition and the officer has been detained. The officer is not a municipal employee and is instead paid by a landlord. The incident is currently under investigation.
