A man has died after a shooting in Portland's Centennial neighborhood, marking the 69th homicide in the city this year. The shooting occurred on Friday night near Southeast 148th Avenue and Taggert Street. No immediate arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing. This is the second shooting death in the Centennial neighborhood within a week. Last year, Portland recorded a total of 101 homicides, with 95 occurring by this time.
