Fatal Police Shooting Caught on Video Inside El Mezquite Market

A video captured the fatal police shooting of 41-year-old Mark Peter inside El Mezquite Market in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Peter had led police on a chase and refused to surrender peacefully. He pulled out a gun and started shooting at officers, prompting them to return fire. The officers ensured the safety of bystanders and no one else was injured. Peter, who was found to be under the influence, later died from his injuries. The incident is under investigation.
