Fatal Police-Involved Shooting Leaves One Dead, Officer Injured in Phoenix

A suspect is dead and two officers are injured after a police-involved shooting in Phoenix. The officers responded to a burglary at a storage unit facility and encountered a man and a woman matching the description. While trying to identify the man, he resisted arrest and attempted to grab an officer's taser. In response, one officer fired their gun, fatally injuring the suspect. Both officers were injured during the struggle. The incident is under investigation.
