Fatal Minneapolis Crash Caused by Fleeing Driver, 5 Dead

A speeding driver fleeing from a state trooper caused a fatal crash in south Minneapolis, killing four women and one girl. The driver ran a red light and hit another vehicle at an intersection. The driver was caught by police and may have been impaired. The victims were identified as Sabiriin Ali, Sahra Gesaade, Salma Abdikadir, Sagal Hersi, and Siham Adam. A fundraiser has been started for their families. The crash is under investigation.
