Fatal I-35 Crash Near Davis Leads to Charges Against Driver.

A driver has been charged with two counts of first-degree manslaughter in connection with a crash involving five semitrailers that killed two people on I-35 near Davis. The driver, identified as Tony Chinedum Aghaji-Enweremadu of West Palm Beach, Florida, struck six vehicles, including a 2016 Honda Accord and a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado, that had stopped due to traffic congestion in a construction zone. Two people in the Accord were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was taken to a Texas hospital, treated, and released.
