Fatal High-Speed Crash: Driver Arrested for Killing Elderly Des Moines Couple

An 18-year-old driver, Kameron Wright, has been arrested and charged with vehicular homicide-OWI and vehicular homicide-reckless driving in connection with a high-speed crash that killed an elderly Des Moines couple. Wright was allegedly driving over 100 mph when his car collided with the couple's vehicle. He admitted to using marijuana and a THC vape pen prior to the crash.
