Fatal First Date: Woman Crashes Porsche into Man While Drunk

Kristina Chambers, a 32-year-old Houston woman, has been accused of driving her Porsche at nearly four times the legal alcohol limit and plowing into a man on a first date, killing him. The victim, Joe McMullin, 33, had just left a doughnut shop with his date when Chambers hit him at about 100 mph. Chambers and her two passengers were injured in the wreck. She was charged with intoxication manslaughter. Chambers' blood-alcohol content was nearly four times over the legal drinking limit, and investigators found traces of suspected drugs inside her purse. Chambers made her first court appearance on the charge of intoxication manslaughter, and her bond was set at $50,000.
