Fatal Chokehold Incident on NYC Subway Leaves One Dead

A Black man died after being put in a chokehold by another rider on the New York subway. Video footage captured the incident, which took place as an F train reached the Broadway-Lafayette station in SoHo. The man was reportedly acting erratically and began yelling at passengers as he boarded the train. The rider who put the man in a chokehold was taken into custody but released without charges.
