Fatal Ambulance Crash in Geauga County Leaves Patient Dead and EMTs Injured

A patient is dead and two medics are seriously injured after a driver ran a stop sign and crashed into an ambulance in Huntsburg, Ohio. The driver, who is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol and drugs, has been charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and assault. The ambulance and the jeep both ended up on their sides, with the jeep catching fire. The injured medics were taken to different hospitals, while the patient was pronounced dead at the scene.
