Fatal Altercation in Sacramento: Justifiable Homicide or Tragic Incident?

A man was shot and killed during a heated altercation with his estranged wife, her friends, and a minor in Sacramento. The man arrived at an apartment, banged on the door, and rushed inside, demanding his wife leave with him. When she refused, a physical altercation ensued, involving a 15-year-old. The resident of the apartment, in possession of a legally owned gun, shot and killed the man. The Sacramento County District Attorney's Office has preliminarily deemed the shooting a "justifiable homicide."
