The family of 2-year-old Zevaya Flanagan, who was killed during a domestic dispute, claims they called the police multiple times but felt ignored. The toddler's father, Deontray Flanagan, took her from daycare and led the police on a chase, during which he choked her. The family alleges that this was the end of a string of events that started when Flanagan barged into their home and took the child from the bathtub. The family is now calling for a new law to prevent such incidents from happening again.
