Fairfield Teen Convicted for Murdering Spanish Teacher

Jeremy Goodale, a Fairfield teenager, has been sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 25 years for the murder of his Spanish teacher, Nohema Graber. Goodale and another student, Willard Miller, beat Graber to death with a baseball bat due to a bad grade. They then concealed her body in a wooded area. Goodale apologized in court but suffered a bloody nose during the proceedings. The judge considered Goodale's immaturity and past experiences when deciding the sentence. Miller has already received a life sentence, which he is appealing.
