Nikhil Gupta, accused of plotting to kill Khalistan separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, is currently lodged in a prison in Prague. While a municipal court has ruled in favor of his extradition to the US, Gupta can still pursue legal remedies in two higher courts before the Ministry of Justice makes a final decision.
