Ex-partner of Madeline Kingsbury arrested for probable cause murder and disappearance.

Adam Fravel, the ex-partner of missing Winona mother Madeline Kingsbury and father of her children, has been arrested on probable cause murder and booked into Winona County Jail. Fravel was fighting for custody of their children just this week. Kingsbury has been missing since March 31 and Fravel was the last person to see her alive.
