Ex-Kansas Cop Admits to Decade of Sexual Assaults and Rape

Former Kansas police officer Todd W. Allen pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting at least 10 females, including a 15-year-old girl, while posing as a park security officer. Allen could face up to 27 ½ years in prison when he is sentenced on May 22. He targeted females in cars, asking them to step out and questioning them about drugs before assaulting them. Allen left the Hutchinson Police Department in January 2019 and worked as a security officer at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center until his arrest.
