"Escaped Pennsylvania Inmate Captured at Philadelphia Planet Fitness"

Isaiah Robert Tilghman, who escaped from a prison in Western Pennsylvania in December, was captured leaving a Planet Fitness in Philadelphia after being on the run for nearly four months. He had escaped from Blair County Prison and was arrested on drug charges and parole violations. Tilghman faces escape, flight to avoid apprehension, and additional charges relating to the escape. U.S. Marshals Deputy Robert Clark praised the Fugitive Task Forces in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh for capturing the escapee.
