Elderly woman robbed at ATM, suspect arrested.

A 19-year-old man, Randall Ballard, has been arrested and charged with aggravated robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony after robbing an elderly woman at gunpoint at an Orion Federal Credit Union ATM in Memphis. Ballard is accused of snatching $60 out of the woman's hand and driving away in a red vehicle without tags. He has a history of crimes and has racked up several other charges since May, including robbery and another theft charge of more than $10,000.
