Driver faces more charges for person-on-hood incident.

An Albany man, Bishop Fraser, has been charged with reckless endangerment and unlawful imprisonment for driving a vehicle with a woman on the hood on I-787 and city streets. Fraser was initially charged with one count of reckless endangerment, but was later charged with three counts of reckless endangerment and three counts of unlawful imprisonment. The victim was unharmed, and Fraser has been remanded to the Albany County Correctional Facility.
