Philadelphia police are searching for two suspects after a dash cam video captured one of them approaching a vehicle with a gun before the driver opened fire, resulting in the driver being shot in the chest and listed in critical condition. The video shows the armed suspect retreating upon realizing the driver was armed, and additional shots were fired as the suspects fled the scene. Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspects.
