"Double Homicide Near Historic Mansion in Fairmount Park"

Two people were found shot to death, execution-style, near the historic Mount Pleasant Mansion in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park. The victims, a 38-year-old woman and a 48-year-old man, were discovered with gunshot wounds to the head and chest. Police found three spent shell casings nearby and are investigating the incident as a double homicide. Homicide detectives and the crime scene unit are gathering evidence, but there is currently no information on a suspect or motive.
