Disturbing Details Emerge in Harmony Montgomery Murder Case

Adam Montgomery, the father of missing 5-year-old Harmony Montgomery, spent months moving and hiding her body before disposing of it, according to a police affidavit. He was charged with second-degree murder, falsifying physical evidence, and abuse of a corpse. His estranged wife, Kayla Montgomery, who reached a plea deal in a separate perjury case, told police that Adam killed Harmony in December 2019. The couple noticed Harmony was dead hours later when the car broke down, at which time Montgomery put her body in a duffel bag. Montgomery's attorney did not respond to an email request for comment.
