Disguise-wearing technician charged in nursing home murder of millionaire philanthropist

A 22-year-old Maryland man, Maurquise Emillo James (aka Malquazy), is charged with first-degree murder for allegedly disguising himself with wigs and a mask to enter a Potomac nursing home and fatally shoot 87-year-old philanthropist Robert Fuller Jr.; he also fired at a Maryland state trooper during a traffic stop.
