Police in Pennsylvania have said there is no evidence linking Bryan Kohberger to the death of Dana Smithers, whose remains were found almost a year after her disappearance. Kohberger's parents have been ordered to testify before a grand jury investigating Smithers' death. Kohberger is accused of killing four University of Idaho students in November 2022. The families of two of the victims are preparing to sue the University of Idaho, Washington State University, the city of Moscow, and Idaho State Police. Kohberger is expected to appear for his arraignment on Monday.
