Desperate Search for Kidnapped Woman After Park Shooting

A 19-year-old girl named Andrea Vazquez was allegedly kidnapped during a shooting at Penn Park in Whittier, California. According to her sister, Andrea's boyfriend witnessed an armed man shooting at them, and when he returned after fleeing, Andrea was gone. The family tracked her location briefly using Find My iPhone, which led them to Moreno Valley. Police are actively investigating the case and are urging anyone with information to come forward. Andrea is described as a 5-foot-3 Hispanic woman with brownish, red hair, and brown eyes, last seen wearing a black crop top, khaki pants, and black Converse sneakers.
