Defense strategy revealed in Cash App founder murder case.

Nima Momeni, the suspect in the murder of tech executive Bob Lee, had hired a criminal defense attorney and private investigator days before his arrest. His attorney, Paula Canny, entered a "not guilty" plea for her client during his arraignment and asked for his release, which was rejected. Momeni remains detained and has been charged with murder. His family and other witnesses have also hired attorneys. Prosecutors say Momeni can be seen on surveillance cameras leaving Millenium Tower with Lee shortly before the stabbing.
