Deadly Texas SUV crash suspect's criminal history revealed.

George Alvarez, a local man with a lengthy criminal history, has been charged with eight counts of manslaughter and 10 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after driving an SUV into a crowd of people waiting for a bus outside a migrant shelter in Brownsville, Texas. Seven people were killed in the crash, with an eighth victim succumbing to their injuries in hospital later on Sunday. Most of the victims were Venezuelan men who had spent the night at the shelter. Police are awaiting toxicology reports to determine if the crash was intentional and if Alvarez was intoxicated.
