Deadly South Bay Crime Spree Leaves San Jose Couple Dead and Community on Edge

A San Jose couple in their 70s, Phuc Pham and Nguyen Pham, were killed in a senseless and random attack by a suspect identified as Kevin Parkourana. The suspect intentionally ran over the couple while they were outside their home, causing their death. The victims and the suspect did not know each other. Surveillance video obtained by NBC Bay Area's Investigative Unit shows the suspect driving onto the couple's property and hitting them more than once. The couple had been working on home renovations and painting their house.
