Deadly Shootings in South Columbus: Homeowners Defend Their Property.

A man who was shot by a homeowner in south Columbus has been identified as 27-year-old Darnell D. Johnson. The incident occurred on Monday morning when Johnson allegedly attempted to break into the homeowner's residence. The homeowner, who has not been identified, shot Johnson in self-defense. Johnson was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died. The incident is currently under investigation by the police.
