Dallas ICE Shooter Believed He Was Allergic to Plastic and Fears Radiation

The 29-year-old gunman who attacked a Dallas ICE facility believed he had radiation sickness and was allergic to plastic, with no prior mental health diagnosis, and was described as a loner obsessed with artificial intelligence, playing numerous online shooter games before the attack that killed two and wounded another.
