Custody Request Withdrawn for Child Shared by Brooks Houck and Crystal Rogers

The mother of Brooks Houck, who is charged with killing Crystal Rogers, has withdrawn her custody request for the child they shared. The child, who is now 10 years old, was the subject of a custody battle between both grandmothers. However, Rose Mary Houck has since withdrawn her request and was also named in court for secretly recording grand jury testimony. Brooks Houck's attorneys have asked a judge to lower his bond, but it was ruled that the bond will remain. The attorneys have now asked the Kentucky Court of Appeals to review the ruling.
