Crime Spree in Knoxville: Carjackings, Assaults, and Convictions

A Knoxville woman, Tesia Taylor, is facing multiple charges after allegedly assaulting a resident in an apartment, stealing a car, and causing multiple crashes. Taylor demanded money and assaulted a man in an apartment before stealing a Hyundai Genesis from the complex. She then crashed the stolen vehicle, carjacked another occupied vehicle, and collided with a Chevy Tahoe. Taylor was taken into custody and is charged with aggravated assault, carjacking, criminal trespassing, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, motor vehicle theft, and vandalism.
