Cranston Police Release Bodycam Footage of Officer-Involved Shooting Incident

Cranston police released body-worn camera footage showing Officer Kayleigh Cooper firing her weapon at shoplifting suspects Michael Campagna and Megan O’Brien after they allegedly ran over her foot while fleeing. The suspects were later arrested in Boston and face multiple charges, including felony assault and assault on a police officer. Officer Cooper is recovering and will return to work once medically cleared.
