Cranston Councilman's Arrest and Resignation Amid Drug Charge.

Bodycam footage has been released of Cranston City Councilman Matthew Reilly being found unconscious in his car with a glass pipe and lighter in his hand after allegedly smoking crack cocaine. Reilly has been charged with possession of crack cocaine and has resigned as chairman of the Cranston Republican Party. The mayor is urging him to resign from the Cranston City Council immediately. Reilly admitted to buying $100 worth of crack cocaine the day prior and is currently receiving treatment.
