"Correction Officer Arrested for Road-Rage Killing on I-691 in Meriden"

A correction officer, William Lucky, has been arrested for the murder of a man in a road-rage shooting on Interstate 691 in Meriden. The victim, Scott Kracke, was shot and later died in the hospital. Lucky, who is employed at the New Haven Correctional Center, claimed self-defense and turned himself in to authorities. He faces murder charges and is being held on a $2.5 million bond.
