Chico Shooting Leaves One Dead and Multiple Injured

Two males were arrested after shots were fired into a home in Chico, California. One of the shots came close to hitting a 3-year-old child. 18-year-old Oscar Sanchez was found hiding in a dry creek bed and had two guns, one of which was reported stolen. He was booked into the Butte County Jail on charges of shooting into an inhabited dwelling and assault with a deadly weapon. The 14-year-old boy was booked into the Butte County Juvenile Hall for public intoxication.
