Chico Police Identify Suspects in Mass Shooting, One Still at Large

Three suspects have been identified in the mass shooting that killed a 17-year-old and wounded five others in Chico, California. Two suspects, Marcos Douglas-Ayala and Oscar Sanchez, are in custody, while a third suspect, Alejandro Douglas, is still on the loose. The shooting was gang-related and a result of a rivalry between two gangs in Butte County. The suspects were in a rental car and fired more than two dozen shots using semi-automatic handguns. Sanchez is expected to be arrested on Monday, while Marcos is held on a $1 million bail.
