Chicago police shoot man with valid firearms FOID card

Reginald Clay Jr., who was shot dead by Chicago police, had a valid firearms FOID card, according to his father. Police said they spotted Clay leaning into a car and that he ran from the street into a gangway, where he pulled out a gun. Family members said he was shot multiple times in the back. Clay Jr.'s father said his son was working for Amazon.
